BIP•Brookfield Infrastructure Partners delayed the BIPC shareholder meeting on its corporate simplification plan to Oct. 29, 2026. Votes received so far have been strongly supportive, and the Aug. 21, 2026 record date remains unchanged.

The BIPC shareholder meeting on Brookfield Infrastructure Partners’ plan to combine BIP and BIPC into a single listed corporation, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Inc., has been adjourned to Oct. 29, 2026. The proposal is intended to streamline the structure and boost liquidity. The BIP unitholder meeting remains scheduled for Oct. 14, and closing is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, pending approvals.
