Alumis released new Phase 3 psoriasis data presented at the 26th Annual Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference, reporting a 54% PASI 100 response at Week 48. The company said patients who switched from placebo or apremilast later in the program reached similar outcomes to those treated continuously, and that longer-term follow-up showed no new safety issues. Alumis remains on track to file a U.S. NDA in the fourth quarter of 2026.
