Alvotech reported a $65.79 million loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with a profit a year earlier. Revenue fell 31% to $211.64 million, while product and service revenue declined 48% to $105.94 million. The operating result was a $2.03 million loss, and general and administrative expenses rose 53% to $69.23 million.
2. Cash and outlook
At June 30, Alvotech had $142.75 million in cash and cash equivalents and $1.31 billion in total borrowings. The company said it resubmitted FDA biologics license applications for AVT05 and AVT06 and guided for 2026 total revenue of $650 million to $700 million.
