Amaze entered a non-binding LOI to make a strategic minority equity investment in live social creator platform C2 Live.

The transaction targets commerce integration with C2’s live social engagement to expand creator discovery, monetization, and live shopping.

C2 Live metrics and planned use of funds

C2 reports about 1.5 million registered users, more than $11 million in cumulative revenue, and 245% year-over-year revenue growth in the latest quarter.

The proposed investment aims to fund product development, creator growth, and market expansion across North America and Asia.
