Amazon expanded its AI-powered customer support platform, Amazon Connect, launching four specialized agentic services: Connect Decisions for supply chain tasks, Connect Talent for hiring processes, Connect Customer AI for support automation and Connect Health for healthcare workflows. Each service is designed to handle end-to-end tasks with built-in security prompting users for data access.
