Amber International schedules annual general meeting
AMBR•Amber International Holding will hold its 2026 annual general meeting in Singapore on Oct. 23, 2026. Shareholders will vote on a one-off award of 23,469,189 Class B shares to Michael Wu and an 11 million Class A share reserve under its incentive plan.
1. Meeting agenda
The meeting will also seek ratification of director appointments, including Michael Wu as board chair, and approval of the amended and restated Post-IPO Share Incentive Plan.
