Ambiq CEO says company raises about $372 million in first year as public firm

Ambiq CEO Fumihide “Humi” Esaka marked the company’s first NYSE year since its July 30, 2025 IPO under ticker AMBQ.
IPO plus two follow-on offerings raised about $372 million in gross proceeds, positioning the company to step up long-term growth investment.
Management highlighted expansion of the AI software stack, including neuralSPOT and the HELIA ecosystem, to speed model deployment on-device.
Next product cycle centers on Atomiq, the first SPOT-based family with an integrated NPU for more compute-intensive edge AI workloads.
