Ambrose breaks ground on two industrial buildings at Indianapolis Logistics Park–Northwest
FITB•Ambrose broke ground on two buildings totaling about 947,000 square feet at its Indianapolis Logistics Park–Northwest in Whitestown, Indiana, with completion targeted for summer 2027.
1. Phase II construction begins
The projects comprise Building V, at about 182,000 square feet, and Building VI, at about 765,000 square feet. Fifth Third Bank arranged construction financing, and Compass Commercial Construction is the general contractor.
2. Earlier phase fully occupied
Ambrose said Phase I buildings are fully occupied. The company recently sold Building III, which is fully leased to a global healthcare company.
