AMC Global Media Appoints CFO Lokhandwala as Streaming Revenue Surges Over 10%

Hozefa Lokhandwala, a media finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, has been appointed CFO, succeeding Patrick O’Connell.

Hozefa Lokhandwala has joined AMC Global Media as Chief Financial Officer effective June 16, reporting to CEO Kristin Dolan. He succeeds Patrick O’Connell, who stepped down in March as part of a planned departure announced in January.

Lokhandwala brings over two decades of financial leadership in media, corporate strategy and investment banking. His background includes roles at MSG Networks as an independent director, Co-CEO of Vice Media Group, head of Content & Entertainment Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, and earlier positions at Bear Stearns and Morgan Lewis.

The company delivered another quarter of double-digit streaming revenue growth and robust free cash flow, with targeted streaming services now its largest domestic revenue source.
