AMC Global Media entered into a settlement agreement on Sept. 4, 2026 resolving breach of contract claims, the SEC filing said.
The settlement agreement has total consideration of $120 million: $85 million by Sept. 18 and $35 million by Jan. 31.
2026 free cash flow outlook updated
AMC Global Media now expects approximately $150 million free cash flow in 2026, including an $85 million cash settlement payment, according to an SEC filing.
Excluding one-time items, free cash flow guidance for 2026 remains unchanged, the company said.
Adjusted operating income and revenue outlook for 2026 also remain unchanged, according to the filing.
