Kura Oncology appointed Jennifer Fulk as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 8, 2026.
Fulk will join the senior leadership team, reporting to CEO Troy Wilson.
She previously served as CFO of Soleno Therapeutics.
Past roles include CFO of Talkspace, COO and CFO of 120Water.
Earlier, she spent more than 15 years at Eli Lilly in senior finance roles across commercial operations, R&D portfolio management, investor relations, treasury.
