Amdocs has launched multi-year strategic collaborations with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud at MWC 2026 to embed its newly launched aOS agentic operating system into telecom operations, enterprise application modernization, and contact center solutions. The partnerships combine Amdocs’ agentic and network digital twin services with AWS generative AI and Bedrock AgentCore, Microsoft Azure OpenAI and GitHub Copilot, and Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise to accelerate cloud migration timelines from months to weeks, automate network anomaly detection and drive AI-powered customer engagements.
1. AWS Collaboration
Amdocs entered a multi-year collaboration with AWS combining its aOS agentic operating system with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and generative AI services to fast-track telecom cloud migrations and deploy autonomous network operations agents. This integration includes agentic services for migration and transformation agents, network digital twin analytics, anomaly detection, and root-cause simulation to reduce migration timelines from months to weeks and optimize CSP workflows.
2. Microsoft Partnership
The Microsoft partnership extends Amdocs Agentic Services with Microsoft Foundry—incorporating Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Migration Agents, GitHub Copilot, and Fabric IQ—to automate end-to-end application modernization. This solution orchestrates multi-agent workflows through aOS to refactor legacy systems, strengthen architectural resilience, and drive measurable business outcomes across cloud migrations on Azure.
3. Google Cloud Alliance
Amdocs’ collaboration with Google Cloud marries Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience with Amdocs Cognitive Core to deliver a telco-grade generative agentic contact center. The turnkey solution embeds pre-built, domain-specific agents into BSS and OSS environments to automate billing, support, upsell, and plan management while ensuring governance, auditability, and scale.
