1. Live AI-RAN Blueprint Deployment
Amdocs, 1Finity and Supermicro deployed a live AI-RAN blueprint using NVIDIA GH200 Superchips on ARM-based servers, integrating Open vRAN software, radios and a 5G standalone core in a multivendor environment. Amdocs codified the end-to-end setup into its aOS network workflows to enable automated RAN orchestration, optimization and anomaly detection.
2. Store Genie Expansion at PLDT Home
Amdocs deployed Store Genie at PLDT Home across 149 sites with over 750 frontline agents, leveraging its aOS agentic operating system and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The solution orchestrates billing, provisioning, network and payment AI agents in real time, slashing order inquiry times from 10 hours to 2 minutes and reducing token costs by 95% while boosting productivity.
