American Airlines to take delivery of Infinium Project Atlas eSAF under SABA purchase commitments

American Airlines will physically offtake sustainable aviation fuel tied to SABA members’ long-term purchase commitments for Infinium’s planned Project Atlas eSAF facility.

The Texas project is expected to produce up to 100,000 metric tons of SAF a year, supporting financing toward a final investment decision.

Contracted volumes are projected to abate more than 212,000 mtCO2e, with SABA buyers claiming benefits via SAF certificate book-and-claim.
