2. Recycling Operations Expansion

Recycling division growth was driven by higher processing volumes of EV and energy storage batteries at its Nevada facility, now fully permitted. Plans are underway for a second Southeast US recycling plant with five times current capacity, supported by OEM supply agreements.

3. Lithium Manufacturing Advancement

The Tonopah Flats Lithium Project has been designated a Fast-41 Covered Project, with all NEPA baseline studies complete. The pre-feasibility study outlines a 45-year mine life producing 30,000 tonnes annually at $4,307 per tonne, and the company is scaling its claystone pilot plant toward commercial refining.
