American Campus Communities closes $191 million UC Irvine student housing development
ACC•American Campus Communities closed a $191 million student housing development at the University of California, Irvine. The 1,065-bed project is scheduled to open in fall 2028.
1. Project details
The development will expand East Campus and include 308 fully furnished undergraduate apartments across approximately 387,000 square feet. Collegiate Housing Foundation is the project's owner, borrower and lessee.
2. Housing partnership
Completion will bring the university's 25-year housing partnership with American Campus Communities to approximately 8,700 beds.
