American Healthcare REIT names new CTO and corporate counsel
American Healthcare REIT named Jon Crosier chief technology officer to lead enterprise data, analytics and technology infrastructure, linking portfolio insights with property-level execution.
Crosier previously served as SVP and CTO at Kilroy Realty, leading data and analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, infrastructure and building technology.
He also held technology leadership roles at Irvine Company from 2016 to 2024, delivering an enterprise data platform across 130 million square feet.
Kate Jones joined as corporate counsel to support securities reporting, corporate governance, capital markets and transaction execution.
Jones previously worked at O’Melveny & Myers as a corporate associate advising public companies on reporting, governance, offerings and M&A.
