American Healthcare REIT released its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, with a target to cut Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas intensity by 25% by 2033.
The target uses 2024 as the base year, and the Scope 1 and 2 inventory aligns with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
The company said its water program across 27 assets targets about $800,000 in annual water and sewer savings while reducing consumption.
American Healthcare REIT also completed a rooftop solar installation at an outpatient medical building in Indianapolis.
