American Resources’ EMCO Adds Processing Lines, Secures Regulation D Raise and Indiana Grant

ARECAREC

EMCO added processing lines at its Indiana facility to handle magnets, copper, aluminum and ferrous metals and supply conditioned rare earth feedstocks for ultra-pure refining with ReElement. The expansion, backed by a private Regulation D capital raise and State of Indiana recycling grant, underpins a planned spin-off.

1. Processing Capacity Expansion

American Resources’ EMCO procured additional equipment at its Fishers, Indiana facility, enabling pre-processing of end-of-life magnets, copper, aluminum and ferrous metals. The new lines condition rare earth element and critical mineral feedstocks for advanced separation and ultra-high-purity refining.

2. Funding and Support

The expansion is financed through a private Regulation D capital raise at EMCO’s subsidiary level and a recycling grant from the State of Indiana. These funds will accelerate scaling of processing capacity to meet growing feedstock volumes.

3. Planned Spin-Off

American Resources intends to spin off EMCO as an independent, publicly listed company on a national exchange. The standalone capital structure is designed to provide strategic flexibility for further growth initiatives within the circular critical minerals market.

4. Strategic Supply Chain Impact

By integrating EMCO’s pre-processing operations with ReElement’s proprietary refining platform, American Resources aims to establish a fully domestic circular supply chain for rare earth elements and critical minerals. This model supports electrification, defense and advanced manufacturing sectors with secure, homegrown material sources.
