American States Water lifted its third-quarter cash dividend to $0.5455 a share from $0.5040, raising the annualized rate to $2.182.
The new annualized dividend rate implies an 8.2% increase from the prior annualized rate of $2.016.
Dividend payable Sept. 2, 2026 to shareholders of record Aug. 17, 2026.
