Kristen Ludgate joins American Tower board

American Tower elected Kristen M. Ludgate to its board of directors.

Ludgate previously served as chief people officer at HP from 2021 to 2025.

She spent more than 15 years at 3M, including stints as chief human resources officer and senior vice president, communications and enterprise services.
