Americas Gold and Silver and US Antimony have agreed to form a 50-50 joint venture to acquire and operate the Idaho processing plant. The JV consolidates both companies’ regional assets and expertise to advance gold and antimony production from existing ore and tailings.
2. Facility Refurbishment and Timeline
The partners plan to invest in equipment upgrades, infrastructure repairs and environmental compliance at the facility. Commissioning is scheduled for early 2027, with initial throughput targets set to ramp up over the first year of operations.
