Americas Gold and Silver boosted consolidated silver Measured & Indicated resources 10% to 115.7 million ounces with grade rising 30% to 239.8 g/t; Inferred resources increased 15% to 133.3 million ounces. At Galena, M&I ounces grew 19% to 87.9 million with a 21% grade uplift to 500.9 g/t.
1. 2025 Resource and Reserve Improvements
Americas Gold and Silver increased consolidated silver Measured & Indicated Mineral Resources by 10% to 115.7 million ounces with grades rising 30% to 239.8 g/t, and Inferred resources by 15% to 133.3 million ounces at 264.0 g/t. At Galena, M&I resources jumped 19% to 87.9 million ounces with a 21% grade boost to 500.9 g/t, while Proven & Probable reserves edged up 2% to 16.3 million ounces at 482.1 g/t.
2. 520 Vein Discovery in Coeur Mine
Exploration at the Galena Complex yielded a major new discovery in the Coeur Mine’s 520 Vein, where four drillholes have defined a 150m by 150m mineralized zone open in all directions. Highlight intercept in drillhole C034-166 returned 1.1m at 619 g/t silver, 1.1% copper and 0.65% antimony, pointing to a potential new Ag-Cu-Sb mining front directly aligned with the upgraded Coeur Shaft.
3. 2026 Exploration Campaign and Budget
The company has allocated a record $20 million exploration budget for 2026 to complete up to 64,000 meters of infill and step-out drilling across Galena and Cosalá. Four underground rigs will target high-grade veins at Galena while one surface and one underground rig advance the El Alacrán target near San Rafael, following intercepts like 27.6m at 69 g/t silver and 0.2 g/t gold at Cosalá.
