2. Needham’s Upgrade and CapEx Outlook
Needham boosted its rating to Buy and raised its price target to $65, highlighting that Q4 metrics exceeded consensus. The firm pointed to a record FY26 CapEx plan of $2.5 billion to $3 billion as evidence of strong management conviction in long-term advanced packaging growth.
3. Goldman Sachs’ Target Revision
Goldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating but lifted its target to $43, noting Amkor’s advanced packaging execution for AI datacenters and constructive Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate spending.
