AmpliTech Group reported revenue of $25.2 million for fiscal year 2025, a 165% year-over-year increase driven by strong demand for low noise amplifiers (LNA), low noise blocks (LNB) and expanded 5G product lines. Gross profit rose to $6.0 million, while net loss improved 38% to $7.0 million, down from $11.2 million.

Sales, general and administrative expenses increased to $10.7 million from $7.9 million, reflecting higher personnel costs, professional fees and trade show activities. The company’s O-RAN compliant Massive MIMO 64T64R radio secured certification and underpins a non-binding letter of intent for up to $78 million of purchases. As of March 23, 2026, approximately $5 million in funded purchase orders have been received, indicating early commercial traction.
