GAAP gross margin improved to 27% from 20% in Q1; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was negative $1 million.
Net loss included a $1.9 million non-cash warrant modification charge; excluding it, non-GAAP adjusted net loss was $3.2 million.
The company booked a $24 million SiCore cell order from a European drone developer and signed a multi-year Stark Future supply deal expected to exceed $100 million.
Amprius raised its 2026 outlook to at least $140 million in revenue; gross margin at least 28%, net loss below $10 million, and adjusted EBITDA at least $4 million.
