- AMREP set new compensation terms for CEO Christopher V. Vitale, lifting base salary to USD 395,000 effective July 27, 2026.
- Vitale also received a USD 178,000 cash bonus, with 8,700 restricted shares vesting in three equal annual tranches through July 13, 2029.
- CFO Adrienne M. Uleau’s base salary will rise to USD 205,000 effective July 27, 2026.
- Uleau also received a USD 64,000 cash bonus, with 2,250 restricted shares vesting in three equal annual tranches through July 13, 2029.
