AMTD Digital and its affiliates anticipate finalizing hospitality acquisitions worth approximately US$328 million within the next two to three weeks. The portfolio includes The Ritz-Carlton in Australia, Upper View Regalia Hotel in Malaysia, the Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel (to be renamed AMTD Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel), the historic Hornsey Town Hall and a London office tower to be rebranded as The AMTD IDEA House. This deal marks a major expansion of AMTD’s premium assets across key global gateway cities.
2. Global Film Box Office Milestones
Films produced by AMTD have amassed a cumulative global box office exceeding US$789 million, underscoring its strength in digital media and entertainment. Scare Out leads the slate with US$197 million in ticket sales, following strong performances from Shock Wave 2 (US$191 million), Moscow Mission (US$94 million), The Goldfinger (US$90 million) and The Last Dance (US$50 million). Upcoming releases Mother Bhumi and Dog Day Evening, along with a re-release of Shock Wave 2, position the company for further growth in its film division.
