The 9,646 sq ft Grade A building steps from Chancery Lane and the Elizabeth line at Farringdon will serve as global headquarters for AMTD, The Art Newspaper and L’Officiel.

AMTD IDEA entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the office tower at 40 Furnival Street, London EC4A 1JQ, for approximately US$17 million (GBP 12 million). The transaction is structured to close without drawing on external financing, including the previously announced term loan facility.

The asset comprises 9,646 sq ft of Grade A office and ancillary accommodation across six floors, including a fifth-floor roof terrace. It is strategically located within 100 meters of Chancery Lane station and a short walk from the Elizabeth line interchange at Farringdon, benefiting from high foot traffic and premium retail amenities.
