Angel Oak Financial Strategies Income Term Trust holds annual shareholder meeting
FINS•At its Sept. 25, 2026, annual meeting, shareholders appointed three trustees, approved an amendment lowering the trustee removal threshold to 66.67% from 75%, and ratified Cohen & Company, Ltd. as auditor for the fiscal year ending Jan. 31, 2027.

Shareholders appointed Keith M. Schappert, Andrea N. Mullins and Ira P. Cohen as trustees and adopted an amendment lowering the “Cause” removal threshold for a trustee to 66.67% from 75%. They also authorized adjournment to solicit additional proxies or establish a quorum, but no adjournment was needed, and ratified Cohen & Company, Ltd. as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Jan. 31, 2027.
