Anglo American grants SAYE share options at GBP 32.91 per share
Anglo American granted all-employee SAYE options at GBP 32.91 per share, exercisable from Nov. 1, 2031. CEO Duncan Wanblad and Chief Projects and Development Officer Alison Atkinson each received 928 options.

Anglo American disclosed that Chair Stuart Chambers bought 446 ordinary shares under its shares-in-lieu-of-fees scheme, while two other non-executive directors bought a combined 374 shares at GBP 40.67 on Sept. 29, 2026. Separately, CEO Duncan Wanblad and Chief Projects and Development Officer Alison Atkinson each received 928 SAYE options, exercisable from Nov. 1, 2031, at GBP 32.91 per share.
