1. Fifth cohort results
Anixa Biosciences completed dosing the fifth cohort in its Phase 1 trial of FSHR-targeted CAR-T therapy for recurrent ovarian cancer. The first patient treated in the cohort exhibited stable disease 90 days after treatment.
2. Safety and next cohort
Patients received 1×10⁷ CAR-positive cells per kilogram following lymphodepletion, and no dose-limiting toxicities have been observed across the cohorts. Four patients have survived more than one year after treatment, with survival ranging from approximately 17 to 28 months. The sixth cohort is set to receive 1×10⁸ CAR-positive cells per kilogram following lymphodepletion, pending a routine 30-day safety review of the fifth cohort.
