Annexon presents Phase 3 ARCHER II baseline data for vonaprument geographic atrophy trial at Retina Society meeting
ANNX•Annexon said ARCHER II baseline patient characteristics and a separate post hoc analysis of Phase 2 ARCHER will be presented on Sept. 25, 2026; Month 15 results are expected in Q4 2026.

Annexon flagged two Sept. 25 presentations at the Retina Society meeting: baseline patient characteristics from its Phase 3 ARCHER II vonaprument trial in geographic atrophy, and a post hoc Phase 2 ARCHER analysis indicating vision protection in a subgroup of patients. The company said ARCHER II’s baseline population is aligned with Phase 2 and that the pivotal study aims to demonstrate vision protection; Month 15 results are expected in Q4 2026.
