Antero Midstream Q2 FY26 net income drops 9% to $114 million; revenue rises 7% to $327 million

Antero Midstream posted Q2 2026 net income of $114 million, down 8% per share to $0.24.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose 2% to $289 million as revenue climbed to $327 million.
- Gathering volumes increased 19% to 4,124 MMcf/d.
- Compression volumes rose 17% to 4,036 MMcf/d.
- Fresh water delivery volumes fell 16% to 82 MBbl/d.
- Capital expenditures totaled $47 million.
The company started building the East Side Express pipeline; received about $371 million from Veolia, then called $650 million of senior notes due 2028 at par.
