ANV closes acquisition of Open Lending

ANV Group Holdings completed its acquisition of Open Lending, making the lending enablement provider privately held.

The deal, announced June 16, 2026, closed following receipt of required regulatory approvals.

ANV is adding Open Lending’s insurance-backed auto lending technology and risk analytics to expand its specialty underwriting and insurance-backed credit platform.
