Aperam sees Q3 adjusted EBITDA below Q2’s EUR 130 million, slightly above Q1’s EUR 90 million
APAM•Aperam reaffirmed its Q3 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook of below EUR 130 million and slightly above EUR 90 million. Company-compiled consensus is EUR 113 million.
1. Outlook and debt
Aperam expects net financial debt to remain flat at quarter-end and year-end net debt to stay below 2025 levels. Elevated energy costs are forecast to reduce EBITDA by about EUR 20 million per quarter.
2. Efficiency targets
Leadership Journey Phase 6 targets EUR 150 million in gains during 2026-2028. Aperam said the initiative delivered EUR 38 million in the first half, with more expected in Q3.
