APi Group Q2 revenue beats estimates; raises 2026 outlook

APi raised full-year 2026 net revenue guidance to $8.875 billion-$9.025 billion.
The company also lifted its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $1.205 billion-$1.245 billion.
For the third quarter, APi expects net revenues of $2.375 billion-$2.425 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $325 million-$335 million.
Q2 revenue and EPS beat estimates
APi Group said second-quarter revenue rose 13%, beating analyst expectations, and adjusted EPS for the quarter increased 13% and also beat analyst expectations.
The company said Q2 revenue growth was driven by continued strength in inspection, service and monitoring revenues. Robust project activity contributed to revenue growth in both Safety Services and Specialty Services segments.
