Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US named Eric Sherb as chief financial officer effective Oct. 1, 2026. Interim CFO Erick Frim resigned effective immediately on Sept. 29. Sherb, a CPA, founded EMS Consulting Services in 2019 and has served as fractional CFO of subsidiary MindWave Innovations since February 2026; that engagement will end.
