Apollo appointed Diego De Giorgi as Partner and incoming Head of EMEA, succeeding longtime partner Rob Seminara, who will support a seamless transition before assuming global responsibilities later this year.
2. Professional Background
De Giorgi joins from Standard Chartered, where he has served as Group CFO since January 2024, and brings over 30 years of leadership experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, alongside degrees from Università Bocconi and LSE.
