Appian’s third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income rose 58% year over year to $12.34 million, while total revenue increased 25% to $234.6 million. Cloud subscriptions revenue grew 20% to $136.4 million. Operating cash flow was a $15.4 million outflow, compared with an $18.7 million inflow a year earlier. For the fourth quarter, the company expects revenue between $233 million and $237 million.
