In the fourth quarter, cloud subscriptions revenue reached $117.0 million, an 18% increase year-over-year, while total subscriptions revenue climbed 19% to $162.3 million. Professional services revenue grew 36% to $40.6 million, contributing to overall revenue of $202.9 million, up 22%, and cloud net ARR expanded by 114%.

For the full year, cloud subscriptions revenue hit $437.4 million, up 19% year-over-year, and total subscriptions revenue rose 18% to $576.5 million. Professional services revenue increased to $150.5 million, driving full-year revenue of $726.9 million, an 18% gain over 2024.

GAAP operating income turned positive at $0.6 million for 2025, compared with a $60.9 million loss in 2024, while non-GAAP operating income jumped to $67.1 million from $10.2 million. GAAP net income was $1.2 million versus a $92.3 million loss last year, non-GAAP net income reached $45.6 million, and Q4 operating cash flow was $1.1 million.
