Apple Hospitality REIT amended its equity distribution agreement, keeping capacity to sell up to $500 million of common shares through agents.
The amendment removed B. Riley Securities, SMBC Nikko Securities America and Scotia Capital (USA) as agents, and added Huntington Securities.
