Apple Inc. said its EU core technology fee will be replaced by a 5% core technology commission on digital transactions outside the App Store.

- Apple said the commission will be 20% in the EU for App Store apps using alternative payment processing.

- Apple said App Store apps using Apple in-app purchase will pay a 26% commission in the EU.
