In the fourth quarter, revenue rose 5% to $5.2 billion, while full-year sales reached $20.4 billion, a 3% increase. Adjusted net income for Q4 was $402 million, or $1.86 per share, and annual adjusted net income totaled $1.73 billion, or $7.82 per share.
3. Strong First-Quarter Outlook
For the first quarter of 2026, the company expects net income between $130 million and $170 million and net sales ranging from $4.95 billion to $5.15 billion, reflecting conservative growth assumptions.
