APUS boosts student engagement with seven new organizations and 23% participation
American Public University System reported that 23% of active students participated in student-run organizations in 2025, with seven new groups created this year. Since inception, approximately 72,000 students have joined over 75 organizations, and club involvement correlates with retention rates nearly 30 percentage points above nonparticipants.
