2. Segment Performance

Small Agriculture & Turf sales rose 16% to $3.485 billion with operating profit up 25%, while Construction & Forestry sales grew 29% to $3.790 billion with operating profit up 48%. Production & Precision Agriculture sales declined 14% to $4.503 billion, driven by lower shipment volumes and higher production costs.

3. Fiscal 2026 Outlook

Deere reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 net income forecast of $4.5 billion to $5.0 billion and highlighted ongoing investments in product innovation and the strength of its dealer network to support growth as market conditions evolve.
