AquaBounty expanded its strategic review for its Pioneer, Ohio property to include power infrastructure and energy development opportunities.
The company said it is targeting talks with developers, utilities, independent power producers, infrastructure investors and strategic partners.
Potential outcomes include a sale, joint development, long-term leasing or other structures tied to the site’s utility assets.
