Aquestive rises on US licensing deal for seizure drug with Eton Pharma
ETON•Aquestive Therapeutics licensed Eton Pharmaceuticals exclusive US rights to its Libervant seizure treatment, which is expected to launch in April 2027, subject to final approval. Aquestive shares rose 4.3% premarket.

Aquestive Therapeutics licensed Eton Pharmaceuticals exclusive US rights to Libervant, a dissolvable diazepam film placed inside the cheek for people who experience clusters of seizures. The treatment is expected to launch in April 2027, subject to final approval.
2. Regulatory status
Libervant received FDA approval for patients aged two to five in April. The FDA is reviewing an application to expand use to children ages 6 to 11, with a decision expected before April.
