ETON•Eton Pharmaceuticals signed an exclusive U.S. license and supply deal with Aquestive for Libervant, a diazepam buccal film for seizure clusters. Eton targets an April 2027 launch, contingent on final FDA approval, in a U.S. market estimated at more than $450 million annually.

Eton targets an April 2027 commercial launch, contingent on final FDA approval; full approval for patients 12 and older is expected after VALTOCO orphan exclusivity ends on Jan. 10, 2027. A separate application to add ages 6-11 has an FDA action date of March 29, 2027.
