Archrock Q4 EPS Climbs to $0.69 on 16% Revenue Jump to $377M
Archrock reported Q4 2025 EPS of $0.69, up from $0.35 a year earlier, topping consensus of $0.40. Fourth-quarter revenue rose to $377 million from $326 million as contract operations revenue increased to $327.1 million and aftermarket services reached $50 million.

Archrock delivered fourth-quarter EPS of $0.69, more than double the $0.35 posted in the same period last year and ahead of the $0.40 consensus. Total revenue climbed 16% to $377 million from $326 million, reflecting strong demand for compression services.
2. Segment Performance
Contract operations revenue rose to $327.1 million from $286.5 million year-over-year, with operating horsepower expanding to 4.6 million and utilization at 95.5%. Aftermarket services contributed $50 million in Q4, up from $40 million a year earlier.
3. Capital Allocation and Liquidity
Cost of sales declined to $108.5 million from $117.1 million, while depreciation and amortization totaled $68.9 million. Archrock held $579 million in available liquidity against $2.4 billion of long-term debt, invested $9.5 million in net capex, raised its quarterly dividend to $0.22 per share and repurchased 647,480 shares at an average $24.44.
4. 2026 Outlook
The company projects 2026 net income of $306 million to $356 million and adjusted EBITDA of $865 million to $915 million. It expects contract operations revenues of $1.32 billion to $1.36 billion, aftermarket services revenues of $200 million to $220 million, growth capex of $250 million to $275 million and maintenance capex of $125 million to $135 million.
